Reporting

Live, up-to-the-minute reports regarding a variety of event functions is one of the most valuable features of ABI MasterMind™.

Managers can view staff schedules, employee rosters, staffing levels, and position area assignments. Real time reports regarding on-premise, late, no-show, and non-scheduled employees are but a few of the additional reports available.

To increase efficiency, you can view and scan detailed costing reports by work type, department, or event in summary, detail or recap formats. Instant, event or shift estimate and costing reports can be quickly produced to adjust staffing levels, or to enhance the booking and settlement of events.


Facility Badging and Security

Badging creates a complicated, often unwieldy, system to manage because badges are typically difficult to produce, design, and maintain. ABI MasterMind™ easily produces an unlimited variety of facility ID badges assigned to permanent and part time employees, event staff, and outside contractors.

All individuals entering the facility swipe at an ABI MasterMind™ terminal that records the time they entered, and displays the individual's picture to provide a second form of verification. The terminal also shows whether they are scheduled to work, as a valid employee or contractor.

Outside contractors (such as parking, and security) invoices for supplemental labor are easily verified, and the system eliminates inaccurate or excessive billings.
